Butterfly-shaped plastic ball-bearing yo-yo with an "original delta centrifugal cam auto return system." Series 1 1999. Side cap and card insert features a color drawing of a woman with blue hair and a low-cut pink halter top about to throw a yo-yo using her right hand. Yo-yo is in A-Frame packaging with the card insert.

In 2000, the side cap design was replaced with a text-only "Mythical Blue Angel" design and the starburst response was replaced with response pads.
