The Museum of Yo-Yo History is a labor of love, and we would not be able to stay up-to-date with exhibits without the support of our sponsors and curators. Big thanks go to One Drop Design and Duncan for supplying us with their latest models, YoYoExpert for their help and support, and to Cody Orr, TotalArtist and YoYoBrothers™ for allowing us to use their collections!

The YoYoFactory Loop720 was designed to be the absolute best starter looping yo-yo, helping you progress from beginner to novice/advanced tricks with ease and consistency. The all-new body is built around precision components delivering consistent performance with relatively low maintenance (the use of YoYoFactory type 2 looping lube is recommended). The Loop 720 is the model used by world champion Shu Takada of Japan.

YoYoFactory has released a wide variety of Loop 720 colors and side caps designs over the years. Essentially, it is the same yo-yo, but with different lipstick. The version in this exhibit sports clear body halves and side caps, with a black imprint on each cap, and a gold holographic foil insert in each halve. The yo-yo used red spacers that gave the yo-yo a narrow string gap. Perfect for looping. Blue spacers were also available if you wanted a yo-yo with a slightly wider string gap that let you do string tricks easier.

Original retail price: $18 US.
