This is a special release of the GTO from the 2004 National Yo-Yo Contest in Chico, California. Only 19 of this special design were made. It features a different engraving on the side and has a super mirror-like Nickel plated finish, and came standard with a KonKave bearing.

Packaging was a simple poly bag with card, Signed on the back by Frank Difeo.
