Sponsors and Curators
The Museum of Yo-Yo History is a labor of love, and we would not be able to stay up-to-date with exhibits without the support of our sponsors and curators. Big thanks go to One Drop Design and Duncan for supplying us with their latest models, YoYoExpert for their help and support, and to Cody Orr, TotalArtist and YoYoBrothers™ for allowing us to use their collections!

Like its younger sibling -- the Duncan Limelight -- the Duncan Pulse features special LED light-up technology for looping. Unlike the Limelight, however, the Pulse features a size A ball bearing axle for even longer spin times.

This second generation Duncan Pulse model was released in June, 2018. The first generation Duncan Pulse was first introduced near the end of 2007. Back then, its packaging included two extra batteries besides the four pre-installed LR1120 batteries. The yo-yo also used Duncan Friction Stickers for its response. This second generation version, however, only includes the four pre-installed batteries and now uses a starburst response system just like the Duncan Lime Light. The body is based on the Duncan Hornet. Preinstalled is a washer that lets you perform classic yo-yo tricks; remove the washer and you have a yo-yo perfect for looping.

Original retail price: $13 US.
