The Museum of Yo-Yo History is a labor of love, and we would not be able to stay up-to-date with exhibits without the support of our sponsors and curators. Big thanks go to One Drop Design and Duncan for supplying us with their latest models, YoYoExpert for their help and support, and to Cody Orr, TotalArtist and YoYoBrothers™ for allowing us to use their collections!

The General Yo Mini Star 2 (2018) was essentially a re-release of the Mini Star 2 (2017) to commemorate the 10th anniversary of the General Yo yo-yo brand. Yo-yo was designed in the USA and manufactured in China.

Unlike the original Mini Star, the Mini Star 2 uses a bi-metal design to put more weight into the rims for stability and maximum spin time. Uses a size C "string centering" ball bearing axle and General Yo-branded 19 mm pads for the response in this unresponsive throw.

Side A is engraved with a smiling pirate skull (sans cross-bones and eye patch) wearing a five-point crown; side B is engraved with "Ten".

Original retail price: $90 US.
