The Museum of Yo-Yo History is a labor of love, and we would not be able to stay up-to-date with exhibits without the support of our sponsors and curators. Big thanks go to One Drop Design and Duncan for supplying us with their latest models, YoYoExpert for their help and support, and to Cody Orr, TotalArtist and YoYoBrothers™ for allowing us to use their collections!

A very hard-to-find Duncan 22 trick Champ Award patch earned by Gerald Schick.

Duncan patches often lacked consistency with the branding text that was embroidered on the heavy gauge cotton cloth. A few examples of text variations seen on Duncan patches from the 1950s to 1960s include the following:

• Duncan Yo-Yo Top
• Duncan Yo-Yo
• Duncan Top Yo-Yo
• Duncan Yo-Yo Return Top

The size of the patch in this exhibit -- relative to other Duncan 22 trick award patch designs over the years -- suggests that it may be from about 1950-1952.
