During the last few years of the 20th century, many diverse companies capitalized on the yo-yo boom that occurred across North America and Japan. One of these companies was Enesco, an American company specializing in the sales and distribution of giftware. Instead of yo-yos, the company was well-known during the 1970s, 1980s, and 1990s for its Precious Moments porcelain figurine line of products. A figurine was released in 1999 -- considered the yo-yo boom's sweet spot year -- that portrayed a little girl with tear-drop eyes yo-yoing. The name of the figuring was "God Knows Our Ups and Downs."

Original retail price: $15 US.
