A licensed tin yo-yo from toy maker Schylling based on the popular PBS Kids show created by Marc Brown. The yo-yo has a picture of the character Arthur yo-yoing on each halve.

Arthur is an animated series that first aired on PBS October 7, 1996 and continues to this day (2017). Its target audience is 4-8 year olds. The show's premise has the main character aardvark Arthur Read demonstrating to kids how to deal with childhood traumas and challenges such as homework, teachers and bullies. He also has to contend with his sisters, but loves playing with his friends: tomboy Francine, foodie and best pal Buster, supersmart Brain, rich girl Muffy, and geography expert Sue Ellen.

Collected June 24, 1999.
