This yo-yo came out in Japan about the time of the popularity of Sailor Moon and Sailor stars between 1991-1997.

Yo-Yo shape is almost identical to the usual Jack Russell Coke yo-yos. One side of the yo-yo body has a picture of Sailor Moon on it.

Sailor Moon is a fictional superheroine in the Sailor Moon manga series written by Naoko Takeuchi. She was first introduced December 28, 1991.
