A budget, unresponsive yo-yo with a C-size SPEC bearing. As of October, 2015, the Whip was still available to purchase.

The two things that set this special edition apart from the regular release is the pink bubble gum color, and Ann Connolly's diminutive (barely noticeable actually) autograph just after the "P" in "WHiP".
