An eight-panel brochure detailing the BC/What's Next and Tom Kuhn Fixed Axle Challenge. Instead of a yo-yo contest, you competed against yourself to complete certain tricks. This brochure named the tricks you had to accomplish to achieve the "Extreme Team Yellow" level--the first level out of four. It also describes the BC yo-yos and Tom Kuhn yo-yos that you could choose to use for the test. Ultimately, however, you could use any wooden fixed axle yo-yo. There is also an enlightening question and answer section that takes up three panels.
