Sponsors and Curators
The Museum of Yo-Yo History is a labor of love, and we would not be able to stay up-to-date with exhibits without the support of our sponsors and curators. Big thanks go to One Drop Design and Duncan for supplying us with their latest models, YoYoExpert for their help and support, and to Cody Orr, TotalArtist and YoYoBrothers™ for allowing us to use their collections!
If you're a manufacturer, or just a big collector and you want to help support the Museum drop me at line at chimera@yoyomuseum.com

A yo-yo with each halve shaped just like the original Hostess Cupcake, complete with the traditional seven swirls of "white frosting" on each halve and chocolate brown "cake".
This was a premium item. You needed to collect two UPC symbols from any Hostess multi-pack product plus $2.99, and then mail it in to redeem the yo. On the right, click "Original Ad".
Made in China and distributed by Kidcentives of Minneapolis, Minnesota for Interstate Brands Companies of Kansas City, Missouri.
From the current Hostess website for the Cupcake:
"You know the signature squiggles of icing, the decadent frosting and the creme-filled core. But what you may not know is that you're currently drooling over the best-selling snack cake in the history of forever. Enjoy Chocolate, Orange, or Red Velvet flavors, in multipack or single serve."
Ever since the return of Hostess (sans the union), they've never tasted the same. What was tolerable before is now even worse. That's progress. | |
