This is a No Jive wings patch that was sold by Tom Kuhn yo-yos around 1992. The logo is a great example of a winged yo-yo logo which many yo-yo companies have done variations on. The design promotes the "No Jive" 3 in 1 yo-yo which is one of Tom Kuhn's early yo-yos.
