The Museum of Yo-Yo History is a labor of love, and we would not be able to stay up-to-date with exhibits without the support of our sponsors and curators. Big thanks go to One Drop Design and Duncan for supplying us with their latest models, YoYoExpert for their help and support, and to Cody Orr, TotalArtist and YoYoBrothers™ for allowing us to use their collections!

The Big Kahuna was an early model from YoYoJam featuring their composite metal and plastic construction. A super slimline concave with heavy weight rings and no response system. It was pulled from the YoYoJam line after only about 6 months. Although a long spinner, the body shape was uncomfortable to play, and the abrupt edges created some painful catches.

Body color is a bright neon Yellow with a slight greenish tint, and brass color weight rings. Logos on these vary in color and design. A basic logo with the wave graphic was printed on clear sides, then the underside was painted in a wide variety of colors and even textures.

Pictured here is a Big Kahuna with different color logos on each side. The reverse logo is also textured, with a reptile skin pattern.
