The Museum of Yo-Yo History is a labor of love, and we would not be able to stay up-to-date with exhibits without the support of our sponsors and curators. Big thanks go to One Drop Design and Duncan for supplying us with their latest models, YoYoExpert for their help and support, and to Cody Orr, TotalArtist and YoYoBrothers™ for allowing us to use their collections!

Japan's Turning Point released the undersized "Counter-Jet" June 25, 2017. Its bi-metal design was loosely based on "Turning Point 2", Turning Point's mono metal model from July, 2016... but at nearly double the price.

The outer dimensions are nearly identical to the Turning Point 2, but the overall weight is 1.5 grams lighter. Uses a 6061 aluminum body with stainless steel weight rings on the outer perimeter of each halve; size C Dif-E-Yo-branded KonKave ball bearing on an M4 x 16 mm axle, and 19 mm slim silicone response pads

The Counter-Jet is sometimes known, unofficially, as Turning Point 3. It's an exceptionally well crafted, smooth yo-yo with superb balance. This model flew well below the radar in 2017. In fact, it was barely even noticed or mentioned on social media despite being a very high quality and high performance mini yo-yo.

Original retail price: $140 US
